The Department of Human Services invites you to submit a concept paper for innovative ideas or initiatives that will provide cost efficiencies or improve cost effectiveness in any of its programs or services. Special Needs Payroll Invoicing
Beginning with the November, 2014 Special Needs Payroll, with only limited exceptions, Dane County Human Services will be requiring all providers to submit invoices for services provided. A Standard Invoice Form and related Completion Procedures are available for providers who don't currently have their own invoice form.
